The website provides general information and a client-side estimate and enquiry tool. It does not accept payment or automatically confirm an appointment. These terms must be checked against the real booking process before they become effective.

Estimates, quotes and bookings

• An instant range is indicative and is not a booking or final price.
• An enquiry is a request for information, not a confirmed booking.
• A booking would be confirmed only when CNX Cleaners confirms the final scope, price, date or window, access arrangement and important conditions in writing.
• The written quote or confirmation governs that service and availability is not guaranteed before confirmation.

Accurate information and safe access

Give accurate information about the property, condition, requested work, pets, hazards, fragile surfaces, parking, building rules and access. Keep valuables secure. Do not send keys, passwords or access codes before the booking and agreed channel are confirmed.

Changes and specialist work

An estimate or quote is based on the information available. If the property or work is materially different, extra chargeable work would require agreement first. Work may be declined if unsafe, unlawful, outside scope or requiring specialist treatment not agreed.

Payments, changes and cancellations

Payment method, timing and booking-specific change, cancellation or refund terms would be stated in the written quote or confirmation. No general cancellation fee is published here. The real process must be confirmed before these terms become effective.

Website and third-party services

General website content may become outdated and does not replace written booking details. LINE and other linked services have their own terms, availability and privacy practices.

Responsibility and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Thai law. To the extent permitted by law, each party is responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by its breach or negligence. Concerns should be reported promptly for assessment against the agreed scope.

Law and resolving concerns

These proposed terms are governed by Thai law. Contact CNX Cleaners first so a concern can be reviewed directly. This does not prevent either party using available legal rights or remedies.
